📅 Return Period  
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

📦 Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused  
• The item must be in its original condition  
• The item must be in the original packaging  

💰 Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

🚚 Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

• Contact your credit card company  
• Contact your bank
